  6. Studio surveys
    6.1 Atelier Collection: Order collection works by appointment. If you have chosen the studio collection option, you should send a message to our social networks or send an email to dramive.fc@gmail.com in order to schedule the most convenient time for your collection.

  7. Returns and Exchanges
    7.1. Returns Policy : We accept returns and exchanges of products that are defective or damaged during transportation, as long as the customer informs us within a specified period of time after receiving the shipment. Specific details regarding the returns policy will be provided
