Returns policy

Dram Ive believes that customer satisfaction is fundamental to the brand's success. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet customer expectations or there may be an issue with shipping or delivery. With you in mind, we have developed a fair and transparent returns policy to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with every purchase.

  1. Return of Defective or Exchanged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or does not correspond to the item you ordered, please contact Dram Ive immediately via email at dramive.fc@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct the problem. If this is not possible, we will arrange to return the product and offer a full refund.

  1. Return due to change of mind

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, send an email to dramive.fc@gmail.com, we accept returns within 15 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original packaging and without signs of use. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the product.

The product must be sent to our facilities with the following description: “Dram Ive - Avenida da Liberdade, nº516, Loja B, 4650-800, Oliveira Santa Maria - VNFamalicão”.

  1. Products Damaged During Shipping

If the product was damaged during shipping, contact Dram Ive immediately. We will do our best to correct the problem. If this is not possible, we will arrange for the product to be returned and offer a full refund.

  1. Customized Products

Personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged during shipping. In this case, please get in touch.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

After authorization of the refund, the value of the product will be sent using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless  Ref. Multibanco where reimbursement is made by Bank Transfer, which may vary depending on the banking entities. The time limit for refunding the amount is up to 7 working days.
